How do I book an appointment?
Bookings can be made online. A £30 deposit is required to secure your slot and will go towards your treatment cost. Your booking isn’t confirmed until the deposit is paid.
How do I pay for my treatment?
Full payment is taken on the day of your treatment. We accept bank transfers or cash.
What’s the cancellation policy?
A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours’ notice means the deposit is lost. You can only change your appointment date twice.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes, we cannot treat anyone under the age of 18.
Do I need to sign anything before treatment?
All clients must complete a consent form before any treatment takes place.
How do consultations work?
In-salon consultations are free during work hours (10:00 am – 3:00 pm). Outside these hours or on Saturdays, there’s a £15 charge. FaceTime consultations are also free, with photos of treatment areas often requested for tailored advice. Please allow 30–45 minutes for your consultation. Note that treatments may not always follow directly after.
